Family charge is for members of a single family, up to 2 adults and their dependent children up to 18 years of age. Additional adults and children will be subject to a fee of $12/night.
Minimum two night stay on weekends (Fri/Sat nights).
Minimum three night stay on long weekends (Fri – Sun nights).
Fully refundable damage deposit of $200 required.
No smoking permitted in rentals.
Linen rental $15/stay.

Additional information

Cancellation Policy	6 days notice (or more), full refund excluding a $25 administration fee. If cancellation notice is received within 5 days of reservation, no refund will be issued.
